R E C I P E : Açai Berry Bowl




I am sure you’ve heard of Açai Berry Powder, it’s quite popular at the moment as it is said to have amazing benefits. Berries are full of antioxidants which can contribute to a healthy
heart, lower risk of infections and help healing towards skin conditions such as Acne. Açai also has lots of essential fats and fibre, and it’s really easy to add into your diet.

I love making Açai Bowls at home when I have the time. They’re really refreshing in hot weather and taste sooooo good, that’s why I thought I’d share one of my favourite recipes with you all!

Ingredient
2 tsp Açai powder
Handful of Frozen berries
Half a handful of fresh Strawberries
Half scoop vanilla protein (you can always switch this for a few drops of vanilla essence)
1 Banana

Method
Put in blender.
Blend.
Eat! ... simple.
